This is my experience.

It's a pity we had to wait so long, (2 months), for the Physiotherapy Appointment. Earlier appointments will be much better.

I am so pleased with the service given by my Physio. So knowledgeable & professional, nothing was to much trouble she worked so hard and is a true asset to the NHS. The reception & ladies I have spoken to on the phone ( the team) have all been supportive & very helpful Huge Thank you

The reception staff were very supportive with accessing the consultation. Debbie , my physio was very professional and explained what she believes the problem is and the exercise programme very well.

This was my first appointment and I have no complains or suggest for improvement.
